We are excited to announce that Mandy from Devahiti Yoga is now offering private yoga on-site at Eight Willows Retreat!

These sessions are gentle hatha yoga and suitable for everyBODY. With a focus on stress relief through slow, gentle movement, body and breath awareness we assist healing and well being on all levels. Beginners are welcome!

Available in the comfort of your accommodation, all equipment provided. Session time is approximately 75 minutes
